Program 730 of "The Monticello Party Line" was originally heard December 9, 1938. In Alaska, Jack gets a visit in the hospital from the boss's daughter. Jack's friend Rocky still hasn't given him the letter from Monticello. There's also a commercial for a premium offer for a Sara and Aggie apron being offered by the sponsor, Dr. Caldwell's Syrup Pepsin.
The show was transferred from an original vinyl Flexite transcription pressed by Columbia matrix number 025-2.
We're about half-way through our run of the series, which will probably end in February.
